Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Keyturn Technologies, LLC ("Keyturn", "we", "us"). They cover Keyturn Business (the desktop app for Windows and Mac, and the mobile and tablet apps, including the time clock), the Keyturn app for car owners, Keyturn Teams for the people who work at a business that uses Keyturn, keyturnapp.com, the Keyturn servers they connect to, updates, and anything else we provide with them (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, checking the box that says you agree, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read sections 9, 10 and 14. They limit what we are responsible for, and section 14 says most disputes are settled by individual arbitration instead of in court, and that you give up the right to join a class action. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days.
1. Who can use Keyturn
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract, except in the Keyturn app, below. Keyturn Business is for business use only. It is not offered for personal, family or household use, and by using it you confirm you are using it for a business.
The Keyturn app. The Keyturn app is for people whose vehicle is serviced at a business that uses Keyturn, for their own use. You must be at least 16, and if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you. The business that services your vehicle is independent of Keyturn. The work, its prices, estimates, invoices, warranties and appointments are between you and that business: Keyturn is not a party to them and does not do, check or guarantee the work. A booking is a request the business answers; it is not booked until the business says so. When you ask for a visit at a shop that is not on Keyturn, the app writes your message and opens your own phone to call or text that shop. Keyturn never contacts that shop and books nothing there: the visit is booked only if the shop tells you so. Shop details, open times and the map come from the businesses and from Google and may be out of date. Messages in the app go to the business you write to, are not watched around the clock and are not for emergencies; never send card numbers or passwords in them.
Keyturn Plus. Keyturn Plus is an optional subscription in the Keyturn app. You buy it through Apple's App Store or Google Play, which charge you and handle renewals, refunds and cancelling under their own terms. It renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribe until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before it renews. A free trial, when offered, becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. A free trial connects a car once per person and once per car, and a car connected during a free trial is disconnected as soon as you cancel the trial. Keyturn Plus connects one car for live car data and Household connects up to three; on every plan you can add as many cars to the app as you like. What Plus shows is information, not advice or a guarantee: known problems are reports other owners filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, not findings about your car; a cost forecast is an estimate from your own past invoices, not a quote; the mileage log and your saved receipts are records you keep, not tax advice; reminders from your maintenance plan, warranties, registration and inspection come from what you enter (and, for an inspection, Keyturn's summary of your state's rules, which may be out of date) and are not a notice from the carmaker, the seller or your state; and readings from a connected car come from its maker through Smartcar and may be late, missing or wrong. Keyturn reads a connected car and never controls it. An alert from Keyturn does not replace your car's own warning lights and messages, its owner's manual or a mechanic: when your car warns you, follow it. When Plus ends, your connected cars are disconnected and its features stop. Nothing you added is deleted: your cars and records stay in the app, and your mileage log and your connected cars' history come back if you subscribe again. We may change what Plus includes, but we will not take away a main feature during a period you have already paid for. We may change its price; a new price applies only from a renewal after your App Store or Google Play tells you about it, as their rules require.
Keyturn Teams. Keyturn Teams is for people who work at a business that uses Keyturn and has added them to its team. Your employer, not Keyturn, decides your schedule, answers your requests, keeps your time records and pays you. A request sent in Teams changes your schedule only once it is accepted the way your employer set up (by a manager, or for a shift trade by the coworker), and it never changes a time punch. Hours and estimated pay in Teams are worked out from your employer's records and settings and are shown for your convenience: they are not a pay statement and not a promise of pay, and your employer's pay records and pay statement are what count. Your employer, not Keyturn, also sets your time-off rules and balances, decides what your messages, documents and licenses mean for your job, and is responsible for your new-hire paperwork. Keyturn Teams never asks for your Social Security number, your W-4 or your state's withholding form, or your bank details: your employer's payroll provider collects those. Keyturn records the licenses and certifications entered in Teams and reminds before they end, but it does not check them with whoever issued them. Your coworkers see your mobile number only if you choose to share it.
Messages in Keyturn Teams are your workplace's communications. Your employer's owner and managers cannot read messages between you and your coworkers. You agree that Keyturn may release a copy of one conversation, for the dates asked for, to your employer when one of its administrators asks Keyturn in writing because of a possible violation of the law and Keyturn approves the request, or to anyone the law requires. You are told when that happens unless a legal demand forbids telling you. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to talk with your coworkers about your pay or your working conditions. Leaving a business, or deleting your account, does not delete that business's records of your time.
If you use Keyturn for a business, such as a repair shop, dealership, service center or collision center, you agree to these Terms for yourself and you confirm you are allowed to use Keyturn for that business. A business that subscribes to Keyturn also agrees to the Business Subscription Agreement. If that agreement and these Terms conflict, the Business Subscription Agreement controls for that business.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password private, do not share your account, and tell us right away at jonathan.hadad@keyturnapp.com if you think someone else has used it. An account in the Keyturn app or Keyturn Teams is your mobile number: keep your phone locked, and if you give up your number, delete the account first. Anyone who can unlock your phone or computer with your face, fingerprint or passcode can open Keyturn where you turned on Face ID, Touch ID or a passkey.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app, and a Keyturn app or Keyturn Teams account also at https://keyturnapp.com/delete, as the Privacy Policy describes. If you own a business that is still open, you close it, or have it handed to another administrator, first. The businesses you dealt with keep their own records.
Business owners and the admins they choose decide who joins their organization, what role each person has, and when someone is removed. We are not responsible for those decisions.
3. Using the Service the right way
You agree not to:
- break any law or anyone's rights while using Keyturn, including privacy, consumer protection, telemarketing, text messaging and email laws;
- send messages to people who have not given the consent the law requires, or who have asked not to be contacted;
- upload anything you do not have the right to use, or anything harmful, such as malware;
- try to get into accounts, organizations or data that are not yours, or test, scan or get around our security;
- copy, change, reverse engineer, resell or build a competing product from the Service, except where the law does not allow us to stop you;
- overload or interfere with the Service or the servers it runs on;
- store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, driver's license numbers, health information or passwords for other services in Keyturn, except in the credit application Keyturn provides for vehicle sales when a dealership turns it on, which keeps them encrypted. The payment fields Keyturn shows for a connected payment processor, such as QuickBooks Payments, are the one place a card or bank number is typed, and they send it straight to that processor without Keyturn keeping it.
We may suspend or remove access, content or accounts, with or without notice, that we believe break these Terms or put the Service, other customers or the public at risk.
Keyturn belongs to us. Keyturn Technologies, LLC owns the Keyturn app, servers, designs, code, names, logos and everything else that makes up the Service, other than your Customer Data. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to install and use the app for your business while you follow these Terms. You get no other rights. We may end this permission at any time. The Service is licensed, not sold. Its source code, its design, the wording of its screens and documents, and the methods behind how it works are our property and our trade secrets, protected by copyright, trade secret and other law. Nothing in these Terms, and nothing in the open source licences listed in our Third-party notices, gives you any right in the Service itself.
We enforce this. We will pursue any breach of this section to the fullest extent of the law, including civil action for damages, an accounting of profits, and orders stopping the use or distribution of anything taken from the Service, and referral for criminal prosecution where the law provides for it. Because money alone would not repair this kind of harm, you agree we may ask a court to stop it without having to post a bond.
4. Your data
Information you or your business put into Keyturn, such as customer names, phone numbers, notes and vehicle details ("Customer Data"), belongs to you or your business. You give us permission to store, process, copy and send it only as needed to run, secure, support and improve the Service, and as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your Customer Data: that it is accurate, that you collected it lawfully, and that you have every notice and consent the law requires to put it into Keyturn and to use it the way you do.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DATA. Keyturn lets you export your data at any time, and you should do it regularly. If something you need is not in the export, ask us and we will provide it. Some of your data is stored on your own computers, which we do not control. We may keep backups to protect the Service, but we have no duty to keep, restore or recover any data. Any attempt we make to recover data is a courtesy, not a promise.
Records you bring in. When your business brings records into Keyturn from another system, a spreadsheet or QuickBooks, you confirm your business has the right to use them that way. A customer's earlier agreement to get texts or emails from another system is not treated as agreement under section 5; your business asks again. Files you upload to bring records in are deleted 30 days after the import finishes.
Your devices. Keyturn is software. Your business provides and is responsible for the computers, iPads, tablets, phones and other equipment it uses with Keyturn. Keyturn does not lease, sell or supply electronics.
Your computers and accounts. You are responsible for the security of the computers, networks, email accounts and phones your people use with Keyturn, including passwords, Windows sign ins, antivirus, updates, and removing access when someone leaves your business. Anything done by someone signed in to one of your accounts is treated as done by you.
5. Calls, texts and emails
Keyturn is software your business uses to contact its own customers. Keyturn Technologies, LLC never calls, texts or emails your customers itself, for any reason, with one exception: when a customer signs in to the Keyturn app or opens a service page from it, Keyturn texts a one-time sign in code to the number that customer entered, because they asked for it. Keyturn does not start calls, texts or emails on its own, pick who receives them, or write what they say. Every message is sent by your business, in its name and for its purposes. That includes scheduled messages and follow-ups that go out automatically because of rules or templates your business set up, and texts a customer asks for inside the Keyturn app (such as a text each time their car moves to a new step), which your business sends from its own number each time one of your staff updates that job. When your administrator invites a person to your team by email, Keyturn sends that one invitation on your business's behalf, to the address your administrator typed. A Keyturn Teams invitation is texted by your business, through your business's texting. Notifications and messages in the Keyturn app and Keyturn Teams (an answer to a booking, a reply in a conversation, a reminder your business turned on, an answered request) are sent through Keyturn's notification service because your business, your staff or your settings caused them, and your business is responsible for them as for any other message. For the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and similar laws, your business is the sender and the party that initiates each message, and Keyturn only provides the technology.
You, not Keyturn, choose who is contacted, when, how often and what is said. That means you are responsible for following every law that applies, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, the telemarketing and texting laws of each state your customers live in (such as Florida's Telephone Solicitation Act and the Virginia Telephone Privacy Protection Act), and do-not-call rules. That includes getting and keeping proof of consent, honoring opt-out requests, and following quiet hours.
Keyturn includes some tools to help, like Do not text and Do not email switches and automatic handling of STOP replies. These tools do not make you compliant, and we do not promise they catch every case.
Messages sent through outside services, such as Twilio, Google Voice or your email provider, are also covered by those services' own terms. We are not responsible for those services. When your business connects Google Voice, you authorize Keyturn to keep that account's sign in, encrypted, and to use it on your business's computers so each of them can send from your number, and you are responsible for following Google's terms for Google Voice.
Consent on the repair authorization. Keyturn's repair authorization includes an optional Text messages box. It is a record your business keeps of a customer's answer. It does not replace any other consent a law requires, and your business remains responsible for honoring each answer and any later STOP.
6. Feedback
If you send us ideas, bug reports or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. Changes to the Service
Keyturn is updated often. Features marked beta, preview or in development are experimental, may not work, and can change or be removed without notice, and we have no obligations of any kind for them. We may add, change or remove features at any time. Installed copies of the app update themselves.
8. Fees and payments
Keyturn's plans, prices, free trial, setup fee and billing are covered by the Business Subscription Agreement, the order your business signs and the Refund Policy. Keyturn Technologies, LLC sells Keyturn and is the seller on every order. Stripe, Inc. processes the card and bank payments for it. Your business types its card or bank details on Stripe's own payment page, so they go to Stripe and never to us. Questions about a bill, refunds and cancelling come to us, at support@keyturnapp.com or (888) 318-7595. Businesses that used Keyturn before paid plans began keep their access at no charge until we offer them a plan, with at least 30 days notice.
Payments your business takes. Keyturn lets your business issue invoices and record the payments its customers make, and, when your business connects its own QuickBooks Payments account, charge a card or bank account through that account. Keyturn Technologies, LLC is not a bank, payment processor or money transmitter, is not a party to any payment between your business and its customers, and never receives or holds those funds. Each charge, refund and card kept on file is made through your business's own account under your business's own agreement with Intuit. Your business is responsible for its prices, refunds, disputes and chargebacks, for any surcharge or fee it adds, for the card network, processor and legal rules that apply to how it takes payments, and for any card reader or other equipment it uses. When your business records a payment taken somewhere else, Keyturn records what your staff enter and does not check it against any bank or processor.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE APP, UPDATES, BETA FEATURES AND SUPPORT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, ERROR FREE, VIRUS FREE OR SECURE; THAT DATA WILL BE STORED, SYNCED, BACKED UP OR RECOVERABLE; THAT MESSAGES, REMINDERS OR NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE SENT, DELIVERED, DELIVERED ON TIME OR DELIVERED ONLY ONCE; THAT REPORTS, COUNTS OR INSIGHTS WILL BE ACCURATE; THAT UPDATES WILL NOT CHANGE OR BREAK ANYTHING; OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR KEEP YOU COMPLIANT WITH ANY LAW.
Keyturn is a tool. It is not legal, compliance, employment or financial advice, and nothing anyone says or shows about Keyturn, including our staff, sales or marketing representatives, demos, websites, emails and support conversations, is a promise or warranty unless it is written in these Terms or in a written agreement signed by Keyturn Technologies, LLC. You confirm you are not relying on any such statement.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, Keyturn Technologies, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, STAFF, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, NO MATTER HOW THEY WERE CAUSED:
- LOSS OF DATA. ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, DELETION, ALTERATION OR UNAVAILABILITY OF DATA, INCLUDING CUSTOMER DATA, WHETHER STORED ON OUR SERVERS OR ON YOUR COMPUTERS, AND THE COST OF RECREATING IT.
- LOST BUSINESS. LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, CUSTOMERS, OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL OR REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
- INDIRECT DAMAGES. ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
- MESSAGES AND CONTACT. ANY FINE, PENALTY, SETTLEMENT OR CLAIM THAT COMES FROM A CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL SENT BY YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS, FROM A MESSAGE THAT WAS SENT, NOT SENT, SENT LATE OR SENT MORE THAN ONCE, OR FROM HOW CUSTOMER DATA WAS COLLECTED OR USED.
- SECURITY. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNTS, COMPUTERS OR DATA, INCLUDING BY HACKERS, MALWARE, PHISHING, OR CURRENT OR FORMER EMPLOYEES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.
- OTHER COMPANIES. THE ACTS, OUTAGES OR ERRORS OF OTHER COMPANIES, INCLUDING HOSTING, INTERNET, EMAIL, TEXT MESSAGING AND PHONE PROVIDERS, MICROSOFT WINDOWS, AND ANY SERVICE YOU CONNECT TO KEYTURN.
- YOUR PEOPLE AND DECISIONS. WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES OR USERS DO, WHO YOU LET IN OR REMOVE, THE ROLES YOU GIVE, AND ANY BUSINESS, EMPLOYMENT OR CUSTOMER DECISION MADE USING THE SERVICE.
- CHANGES AND ENDING. ANY UPDATE, CHANGE, SUSPENSION OR DISCONTINUATION OF THE SERVICE OR ANY FEATURE, OR THE SUSPENSION OR CLOSING OF ANY ACCOUNT OR ORGANIZATION.
THIS APPLIES EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THE LOSS WAS POSSIBLE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND ABOUT THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, ADDED TOGETHER, WILL NEVER BE MORE THAN THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT CAUSED THE FIRST CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50).
These limits apply to every kind of claim, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute or anything else. They are an essential part of our agreement: we could not offer Keyturn, or offer it at its price, without them. Some places do not allow some of these limits. In those places, they apply to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Keyturn Technologies, LLC and its owners, members, officers, staff and contractors from any claim, demand, investigation, lawsuit, loss, liability, damage, fine, penalty, settlement, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that comes from or relates to:
- your Customer Data, including how it was collected, stored, used or shared;
- calls, texts or emails you, your business or your users send, or fail to send;
- your use of the Service, or use by anyone signed in to your accounts;
- your breaking these Terms, any other agreement with us, or any law;
- your business's dealings with its own customers, employees, users or vendors; or
- any service or account you connect to Keyturn.
We may choose our own lawyer and take part in the defense at your cost, and you may not settle a claim that affects us without our written consent.
If we have to take action to collect money you owe us or to enforce this section, you will also pay our reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of doing so, as far as the law allows.
12. Release
You release Keyturn Technologies, LLC and its owners, members, officers, staff and contractors from all claims about disputes between you and anyone else who uses Keyturn, including other businesses, your employees and your customers, and from claims about data loss as described in section 10, to the fullest extent the law allows.
13. Agreeing electronically
Checking the box in Keyturn, clicking to accept, or using the Service is your electronic signature. It has the same effect as signing a paper contract, and you agree to receive these Terms and notices about them electronically. We keep a record of each acceptance, including the version, date, time and IP address.
14. Disputes and arbitration
Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, send a written description of the problem and what you want to jonathan.hadad@keyturnapp.com. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve it for at least 60 days.
Binding arbitration. If it is not resolved, any dispute about the Service or these Terms will be settled by binding individual arbitration run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or its Commercial Arbitration Rules if you use Keyturn for a business. The arbitration will be held in Georgia or by video call. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Exceptions. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court, or ask a court to stop someone from infringing intellectual property or misusing the Service.
No class actions. Claims may only be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, group or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims from more than one person.
Many claims at once. If 25 or more similar claims are filed against us by or with help from the same lawyers or organizations, they will be handled in batches of up to 50 claims, one batch at a time, with one arbitrator for each batch, and the arbitration fees for each batch will be charged as a single case, as far as the arbitration rules and the law allow.
Opting out. You can opt out of this arbitration section by emailing jonathan.hadad@keyturnapp.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with your name, your account email and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, as far as the law allows.
No jury. If a dispute goes to court instead of arbitration for any reason, both sides give up the right to a jury trial, as far as the law allows.
15. Ending your use
You can stop using Keyturn at any time, and delete your account as section 2 says. We can suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. We can also end free accounts for any reason with reasonable notice. When a plan is refunded, a trial ends with no payment method, or a bill stays unpaid as the Business Subscription Agreement describes, Keyturn locks for your business on every device at your closing time that day, never while you're open. Your business's owner and administrators can still sign in to pay, and to download your business's records, for 90 days. After that your business is closed and its data deleted as the Privacy Policy describes. Sections 4, 5, 6 and 9 through 17 keep applying after your access ends. When an account or organization is closed, its data may be deleted as the Privacy Policy describes (time clock records are kept as the Keyturn Time Clock Terms say), so export what you need first. We are not responsible for that loss.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Apart from arbitration and small claims, any court case must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and both sides agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
17. Other terms
- Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. When we make a change that matters, Keyturn will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using it.
- Whole agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and, for businesses, the Business Subscription Agreement are the whole agreement about the Service.
- Severability. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies, and the unenforceable part is changed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
- Things outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as power or internet outages, outages at hosting, email or messaging providers, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war, government action or labor problems.
- Headings. Headings and plain language summaries are for readability and do not limit what a section says.
- No one else can enforce these Terms. These Terms are only between you and Keyturn Technologies, LLC, and no one else has rights under them, except the people protected by sections 10, 11 and 12.
- Other websites and services. Links to or connections with other companies' websites and services are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
- Google Maps. The Keyturn app's map uses Google Maps. By using it you also agree to Google's terms for it (Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/, and Google's Privacy Policy, https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- App stores. If you got a Keyturn app from Apple's App Store or Google Play, that store's own terms also apply to the download. These Terms are between you and Keyturn Technologies, LLC only, not Apple or Google, and Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
- Export and sanctions. You will not use or export Keyturn in violation of United States export or sanctions laws.
- Your employees' use. If you let employees or contractors use Keyturn, you are responsible for making sure they follow these Terms.
- Notices. We may send notices in the app or to your account email. Send notices to us at jonathan.hadad@keyturnapp.com.
18. Text message terms
These terms apply to anyone who gets text messages from a business that uses Keyturn, such as the auto repair shop servicing your vehicle.
Program. A business that uses Keyturn can text its customers about their own visit: a link to sign a repair authorization, a link to follow the work and approve or decline an estimate, notices when a part is delayed or a vehicle is ready for pickup, an invoice and a secure payment link, a request for feedback after the visit, confirmations of appointments, and reminders of appointments, of service that is due and of work found on a visit that still needs attention. Each text is sent by that business, in its own name and from its own number, and names the business. Links in these texts open the business's customer page on keyturnapp.com.
Consent. You get these texts only after you tell the business you want them: by ticking the optional Text messages box on its repair authorization, when its service advisor asks you at the counter, or when you turn on texts yourself in the Keyturn app. In the app each business asks about three kinds separately, and each starts off: service updates (your vehicle while it is at the business), reminders (appointments, service that is due and work you put off, sent between 8 AM and 9 PM) and offers (deals and news, sent only if you agree to them on their own). Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your visit, usually a few texts per visit.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Help. Reply HELP for help. You can also call the business at the number in its texts, or email us at jonathan.hadad@keyturnapp.com.
Opting out. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts from that business after it. Reply START to sign up again.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. How your number and your consent are handled is in the Privacy Policy, at https://keyturnapp.com/privacy.html#sms
